The house will be completely yours ensuring your privacy. The home is made up of 4 floors. The 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors will be unavailable. The 2nd floor will be completely unlocked and accessible. This includes 2-bedrooms, full Bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, deck, and hot tub.

Dine in the open living and dining room area connected to the kitchen which also leads out the deck. The deck has a gas grill, large outdoor dining table, with a fenced in backyard allowing you to relax as your kids and pets roam freely. Tom’s grocery store, one of the nicest grocery stores in Leelanau county, is just around the corner.

Sleeping: Comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 beds.

Outdoor areas include a large lot overlooking a Pond and Northport Creek where you can hear the water fall from the dam. Go fishing on the stocked pond or take a scroll down to the Northport Bay where you can go boating or just lay on the beach and relax. Relax in the hot tub or have a meal in the backyard on the outdoor dining table.

Being in the Village of Northport only a few hundred feet away from all of the village amenities while also having a home with a large lot overlooking the historic Mill Pond makes this a special place. Discover all the hot spots in Leelanau County from Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, Leland, Omena, and Traverse City. There are numerous beaches, wineries, golf courses, hikes, and lake views only a short trip away. After a long day of exploring and having fun, come back to the house where you can wind down in the hot tub or enjoy the fire pit.
