This spacious unit is on the ground level and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Thompson Island Trail (located within the community).

This home features an upgraded kitchen, new shower, and new mattresses. Perfect for a family or couple seeking a peaceful vacation.

The space
- All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.

- Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

*DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

This home was updated in Fall 2024 to give guests a relaxed and refined beach stay.

*The community pool is open from May 23rd through the last Sunday in September.
Hours are 8AM to 8PM.

The primary bedroom features a brand new Helix Midnight king-sized mattress, window shutters, large closet, smart TV, and attached bath.

The full-size bathroom includes a brand new tub and subway tiling.

The unit has a half bathroom right off the hallway and a new queen-sized sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room along with another smart TV.

The kitchen has every tool you'd need to cook a great meal plus a coffee maker, blender, toaster, utensils, glasses, mugs, etc.

Quick access to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches! The drive to downtown Rehoboth is 4 minutes, or a 20-25 minute walk (roughly 1 mile). Dewey Beach is slightly closer with a walking/bike path that takes you directly to the restaurants and bars.

*Dogs welcome w/ $200 pet fee (1 dog max, no cats).

Guest access
There are two assigned parking spaces for the home.

Guests will be provided with a community pool pass. There is a $100 replacement fee if lost.

*The community pool is open from May 23rd through the last Sunday in September.
Hours are 8AM to 8PM.
*2025 Pool Closing date - Sept 28th

*All pool users must sign in when they enter the pool.

Other things to note
There's a $200 pet fee per stay.

*Please note - there may be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer.

*As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers paper bags for purchase and access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
