Tastefully updated first floor 1 bedroom 1.5 bath spacious condo on Rte. 1 between Dewey and Rehoboth Beach. Spring Lake with ponds and shade trees backs up to The Thompson Island Reserve trail. Newly renovated kitchen, open concept dining room with pond view. Approx. 15 minute, ½ mile walk to Cullen Street beach access or enjoy community pool. Two parking spaces. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside or outside. One quiet, well behaved dog with no aggression history is welcome with pet fee.

Starter dish soap, laundry soap, sponge, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper included.
Please note that we provide pillows and blankets for the king bed and the queen sofa bed. However, you will need to bring your own sheets, bath and beach towels. Happy to recommend local linen service if desired.
