This property was an animal sanctuary long ago. What was once the feed and vet barn is now your posh bungalow.

We take great pride in our efforts in providing a spotless stay. In this tiny living of 500 sq ft, you'll find one bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with additional sleeping with a daybed, trundle, and a full-size sofa sleeper. With all the small details to make you feel right at home, like plenty of charging outlets and USB plug-ins, and various lighting options, and if you're light sensitive at all, you'll appreciate all the dimmable lighting throughout the house.

For families with babies or toddlers, we can provide a toddler cot, a baby pack-n-play, and a high chair upon request. It's important to note that while we welcome guests of all ages, the bungalow is NOT baby-proofed. Parents are responsible for ensuring their children's safety and for any potential damage to the bungalow.

The quaint bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, equipped with a hairdryer, plenty of towels, toilet paper, a clothes steamer, unscented, organic, non-toxic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and small baskets of random items you may have forgotten in your travels. Getting ready with multiple people is a breeze! The bathroom is equipped with a vanity mirror and a full-length mirror, and there's another set in the bedroom too. So everyone can easily get themselves looking fabulous!

As far as the kitchenette goes, we provide quality knives, pots & pans, utensils, spices, toaster oven, microwave, instapot, airfryer, mini rice cooker, mini egg cooker, mini waffle maker, and three cooktops for safe cooking. On the Coffee & Cocktail station, you'll find an assortment of Keurig coffee, tea bags, loose-leaf tea, and hot cocoa packets. We provide the cocktail classes and you provide the cocktails ;-)

Some folks who like to cook on their travels will order a grocery Instacart order to arrive before them to keep their vacation smooth. If you would like to do that. Please message me to coordinate your grocery delivery time, and I will collect it and put it in the bungalow for you.

Cook in the chic kitchenette or grab fresh, organic meals and market finds just a minute away from the neighbor farm.

Beyond the bungalow, you're in for a treat. Discover local wineries, kick back at breweries, and savor artisanal coffee shops that bring the neighborhood's flavors to life. Plus, we've got a treasure trove of 40+ activities that go way beyond the usual beach and amusement park scene.

Your bungalow is nestled behind the main house and by the pond. The pond is bustling with Florida native birds and our farm ducks. It's a great view when wanting to enjoy your coffee on the back porch or work at the picnic table.

***Please note*** The bungalow is allergen-friendly and we do not allow smoking, perfumes sprayed inside, or pets. We strongly enforce these policies so that ALL of our guests can enjoy a clean, allergen-friendly environment. We appreciate you respecting our simple house rules. If you are traveling with pets, we do have many great local boarding facilities we are happy to recommend.

***Once booking is complete, prior to arrival, you will receive a text message with all the details to view the check-in steps. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to find them and know them before you arrive at the gate. This is a gated, secured property. We may be out working the land and may not always have service.

🧹 Cleanliness Expectations
We take great care in maintaining a clean, cozy, & peaceful space for all guests. While a full cleaning is provided after each stay, we kindly ask that guests leave the bungalow in reasonably tidy condition by showing basic cleaning practices, similar to how you’d leave a friend’s house.

This includes:
• Clean up spills or food messes
• Disposing of trash in bins provided
• Washing all of your used dishes & appliances
• Gather all used towels and put them in the tub upon departure
• Treating the space and furnishings with care

Excessive mess may result in additional fees and may impact the ability to rebook in the future. We deeply appreciate guests who help us keep the Bungalow serene and welcoming for all who visit.

***Please note*** Guests may be asked at check-in to provide ID before entering; it MUST match your reservation profile name and photo to maintain your reservation and not lose out on any refunds. Please make sure all of your information is up to date for a smooth experience. 3rd party bookings (paying and booking for someone else other than yourself to stay when you are not present) must have prior approval, so please reach out to me if you have any questions

*** LATE ARRIVALS after 9:00 pm
We have farmers hours, up early, go to bed early, all of the information to access the property and bungalow are provided, but in the case that you need us for something that may go awry, it’s important to notify us if you plan on arriving after 9 pm so we know to keep an ear out in the instance you need something. Communication is key.

Guests can walk around the pond, visit the tortoise as you’ll see him out and about the pond area, and enjoy the bungalow kids' fun area with a ninja warrior climber, trampoline, and hammock swing.
