Specials Ski-in Ski-Out Cozy Mountainside Condo - Hartford

This property is a very private light filled corner unit built on 3 levels. You enter on the main floor to an open living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, half bath, and deck. The living room has vaulted ceilings, comfy sofas, swivel reclining chairs, and a soaring wood burning fireplace wall. Triple sliders offer gorgeous mountain views and lead to a spacious deck with outdoor dining and BBQ.

The open staircase leads to a secluded, oversized loft with a king bed, dedicated workspace, and a sectional sofa and additional chaise for extra space to relax. This room also offers exceptional views of the mountain.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the ski room with a pull-out queen sleeper sectional sofa, offer sliding door access to the lower level patio and direct access to the slopes. Both have seasonal mountain views . The third guest bedroom has a queen bed with closet/laundry. There is an additional full hall bath and all three bedrooms feature smart TVs , 100% cotton linens/duvets, and individually controlled heat.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
