A comfortable stay for up to 5 guests, this 3-bedroom home in Madrid offers a quieter base away from the busiest parts of the city while staying well connected to the centre. With two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished patio-style outdoor space, it’s a practical and welcoming option for families, friends or longer city stays.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.

This welcoming home features three bedrooms: a main bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed made up of two single beds, and a third bedroom with one single bed.

The property also includes two full bathrooms with showers, stocked with towels, hand soap, shower gel and a hairdryer for added convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave and other essentials, making it easy to enjoy anything from a quick breakfast to dinner at home.
