This House has 3 levels:
*Main level:
- Master with TV and king size bed. Ensuite bath with
jetted tub and steam shower.
- Sitting room overlooking the backyard (perfect place
to have a coffee and start the day!)
-Well equipped Kitchen.
-Dining room seats 8 plus 2 at the bar and opens to the
upper deck with more seating at the outdoor table and lounge chairs.
- Living room with TV and reclining leather furniture.
- Half bath, first floor laundry room, access to garage
* Upstairs:
- 2nd Master with TV and King bed. Ensuite bathroom
and dressing room with vanity.
- Bedroom 3 has Queen bed and a Twin Canopy bed
that is able to be completely enclosed by sheers.
Perfect for your little prince or princess. This room has
books and toys that can be tucked away or taken out
and used.
- Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and overlooks the
picturesque backyard.
- Full size bathroom.
* Lower level:
- Lounge room with 86" TV, cozy sectional, Arcade
basketball, NFL Blitz arcade game and electronic dart
board.
- Fitness room with Bowflex Trainer, full
dumbbell set, punching bag, speed ball, yoga mats and more.

- Boho Bedroom with 2 Queen beds.

Guest access
The only locked off area is the utility room which doubles as an owners closet.
The garage also serves as a storage area for the owner, but we encourage you to park in the garage and may access the house via the garage as well.

Other things to note
It is extremely important that the volume outside not be disruptive, particularly after dark or during quiet hours. Parties will not be tolerated.
