About this place

Beautiful home central to many amenities. Glendale Lake, Next to state game lands, 20 minute drive to Delgrosso Amusement park. Located 40 minutes from Penn State. House is rich with history of being built with railroad boxcars, and stories of moonshine in the prohibition era. Truly a great house for families and friends to gather.
Enjoy all that the area has to offer with fishing, kayaking, biking, hiking and ATV rides.

The space
This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. The futon in the sunroom folds out to a full size bed, a great feature for anyone who would not be able to use stairs. There are also 2 cots available for additional guests.
The front has a nice sitting porch and the back has a deck with beautiful sunset views.
Cooks can enjoy propane or charcoal grilling on the back deck.
There is a fenced in yard with a fire pit perfect for family gatherings.

Guest access
Guest may use the full house with the exception of attic and basement.

Other things to note
2 rolls of toilet paper per bath and 1 roll of paper towels provide.
Feel free to bring vinyl to enjoy music on the turntable.
