House is rich with history of being built with railroad boxcars, and stories of moonshine in the prohibition era. Truly a great house for families and friends to gather.

The space
This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. The futon in the sunroom folds out to a full size bed, a great feature for anyone who would not be able to use stairs. There are also 2 cots available for additional guests.
The front has a nice sitting porch and the back has a deck with beautiful sunset views.
Cooks can enjoy propane or charcoal grilling on the back deck.
There is a fenced in yard with a fire pit perfect for family gatherings.

Guest access
Guest may use the full house with the exception of attic and basement.

Other things to note
2 rolls of toilet paper per bath and 1 roll of paper towels provide.
Feel free to bring vinyl to enjoy music on the turntable.
