About this place

Sonnige Ferienwohnung am Meer

The flat "Lividus 135" in Świnoujście is a very elegant flat in an exclusive apartment building from 2021 with a restaurant and café. The location of the flat is also unique: it is located directly on the promenade, close to the sea and next to a park. Thanks to the surrounding greenery, it offers not only tranquillity, but also proximity to soothing nature that provides respite from the stresses of everyday life. There are also famous shops, bars, cafés and restaurants nearby, where you can drink aromatic coffee or taste local specialities and buy beautiful amber souvenirs.

It consists of a living, dining and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with a total area of 24m2. Good facilities guarantee a pleasant stay, both for private and business purposes. The interior is charming, tasteful and cosy: full of bright, warm tones that, together with modern furniture and elegant accessories, create an exquisite whole where you can rest and actively indulge your interests and passions. A beautiful decoration on the wall, directly behind the headboard, emphasises the charm of this place and ... ignites the senses.
