Some Beach! Is a Spectacular, newly renovated vacation home. Tucked away in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, you are just a 5 minute walk to the white sands of the beach, food, and entertainment!
Open concept with plenty of room for a large group to spread out but still be together.

The house is walking distance to beach, restaurants, stores and entertainment. You don't need a car, but if you drive down or rent a car we have plenty of parking for everyone.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

approx. 24 hours before check in you will receive a code and instructions for the front door for contactless entry. We will also provide general house info such as wifi password etc. at that time.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

House Rules

Booking guest must be at least 21 years old .No smoking
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We will always contact you to discuss any damages found and provide photographic evidence to you.
Any disputes must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the damage notice. If no response is received, we will take that as an admission of responsibility and item damaged or missing will be deducted from damage deposit.
Deposits will be processed for refund 7 business days after check out.

Notes

-This home is pet friendly with verification of number of pets you are bringing. A $175 non-refundable pet fee is collected.
-This home is equipped with video monitoring devices: 1 facing the front of home and 2 others on porches facing the back yard. We do not record the hot tub area or anywhere indoors. Tampering with these devices may result in a cancellation of your reservation. If you have any questions about these cameras, please let us know. Our priority is that you feel comfortable.
-This home is equipped with a smart thermostat unit with sensors – Please do not tamper with it. It will automatically turn off the A/C or heat if doors and/or windows are left open. The system will automatically turn back on once the door is shut.
-This is a non-smoking home. If evidence is found of smoking there will be an additional cleaning fee charged.
