An Arctic hideout tucked in the forest yet only minutes from Levi centre. This is a warm and atmospheric retreat for families, friends and couples — pristine snow, tall pine trees and quiet forest. With cosy bedrooms, a log burner, sauna, and dramatic double-height windows opening towards the northern sky, this is a place to slow down. The hot tub is heated all day — just step into the water and enjoy the stillness; you may even catch the Aurora!

Step inside and you are welcomed by the Scandinavian cabin feeling many travellers dream of: wood-lined interiors, warm textures, cosy bedrooms, a log burner, private sauna, and a dramatic double-height living space with floor-to-ceiling windows opening towards the forest and northern sky.

Wake up to snowy forest views, spend the day skiing, sledging or exploring Levi, then return to the glow of the fire, the warmth of the sauna and an outdoor hot tub ready whenever you are. The electric Drop Spa hot tub is heated all day, so there is no need to light a fire or wait for it to warm up — just step into the water and enjoy the stillness of the Arctic forest. On clear nights, you may even catch the Northern Lights from the hot tub.

THE SPACE:
The ground floor of the cabin is one large, open-plan living space designed for gathering. The underfloor heating that adds a wonderful sense of warmth and comfort. Double-height windows look out over the pine forest behind the cabin, bringing the landscape into the heart of the home.

Cook, dine and relax together, with the kitchen and dining area naturally connected to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed self-catering and includes a Sage espresso machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for a great meal.

When you want to cosy up, enjoy a film on the large projector-style cinema system, or challenge each other to a game of table football. Firewood is provided, and the hallway is set up to make winter arrivals easy and practical.

The cabin is ideal for 1–2 families, a group of friends or couples travelling together. Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably, plus 2 optionally on fold-out beds.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor, privately tucked away with a cosy wooden interior and floor-to-ceiling windows framing beautiful views of the forest, Levi fell and nearby picturesque log cabins.

The mezzanine level creates an extraordinary sense of space and openness throughout the cabin.

There are two further bedrooms in the mezzanine space, a cosy play corner and a home-office space overlooking the peaceful Arctic forest — a calm and inspiring place to work if needed.

One upstairs bedroom has a private door, while the other is separated by thick double curtains, a quirky and typically Finnish log cabin feature. Both upstairs bedrooms have a cosy loft feel. Each features a raised bed, with space underneath for either a double or single bed, or the option to keep the room more open with only the raised bed in place.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Complimentary sledges are available for guests to enjoy, adding a simple but magical touch for children and families. Towels, linen and firewood are included.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full, private access to the entire cabin and surrounding outdoor area — it is all yours during your stay. The front of the house has private parking for two cars, right next to the property.

THE LOCATION:
The cabin is set away from the bustle of the town centre, yet remains very well connected. The ski bus stops only around 100 metres from the house, with a regular journey of about 13 minutes into Levi centre. By car, Levi village is around 6 minutes away, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, ski services and activities while still returning to the calm of your own forest retreat.

WINTER SEASON:
In winter, the location offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful forest setting without feeling remote. The nearest slopes and après-ski cafés are within walking distance at Levi Six Chair and the Northeast slopes. Cross-country ski trails are also close by, including routes near Levi Six Chair and trails across Levi Järvi Lake, with only a short drive away.

CHRISTMAS SEASON:
At Christmas, the log cabin becomes especially atmospheric. It is beautifully decorated both inside and out, with a large Christmas tree adding to the festive atmosphere. Extra festive touches can be arranged upon request. As your hosts, we live nearby and love helping guests create holidays that feel truly special.

BEYOND THE WINTER SEASON:
Beyond the winter season, the cabin is also a beautiful base for active summer and autumn stays. Levi Golf & Country Club is nearby, with its 18-hole course, driving range and practice facilities set in the fell landscape. Cycling routes, forest tracks and walking trails are close by, while Levi Järvu Lake is a lovely spot for peaceful summer days and paddle boarding. In late summer and autumn, blueberries and lingonberries can be found right outside in the surrounding forest and garden.

ACCESSIBILITY:
The cabin is easy to reach even in winter, with no steep paths or difficult outdoor stairs. The ground floor is fully accessible: the entrance door is 88 cm wide. There is one step between the ground and entrance level, leading onto a wide decking area before the entrance door, making it suitable for a short ramp (a ramp is not currently provided). The ground floor master bedroom has an 84 cm wide door opening. There is also a ground-floor toilet with an 81 cm wide door opening. The shower room is on the ground floor, with a 71 cm wide door opening to the corridor of the shower room and an 80 cm wide opening to the shower area itself.
