Skyline Retreat is close to all the action without the high price of downtown properties. Basically located in East Nashville, you'll be just across the river from Germantown, Downtown and West End. This home has an amazing skyline view, plenty of beds and fantastic decor by a local artist. This home is great for all groups, families, or business travelers.

The Neighborhood
The home is located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of East Nashville, with tons of restaurants, cafes, bars a short ride away, and even a Hip Motel at walking distance with a swimming pool open to the Public! East Nash could be a town in itself. With plenty of supermarkets, clothing shops, vintage stores, live music venues, bars and speakeasies. You will fall in love if you are a foodie, like eclectic spaces, and want to explore Nashville like a local. In this neighborhood, you'll be surrounded by many other vacation rentals and a couple of commercial buildings.
