Hi! We are Tyler and Rachel and we are so excited to host you! Tyler works in marketing, and I worked in real estate before having our two girls, and now I get to be a host while at home with them.

We are avid travelers ourselves, as well as parents and dog owners, so we always want our guests and their families/friends/fur-babies to be comfortable.

We really do strive to create a 5-Star experience for our guests, so if you have any questions prior, run into any issue during your stay, or want to share something we could do to make your stay more enjoyable - we love hearing from our guests! :)

Getting around

All of the best places in town are within 10-15 minutes: Broadway/Downtown, the Gulch, 12 South, Grand Ole Opry, Midtown, The Nations and even East Nashville with 5 Points and Lockland Springs. I recommend taking an Uber or Taxi to get into town and once you're in town you can jump on the electric scooters to get around quickly. Nashville Airport (BNA) is about a 15 minute drive and Vanderbilt University is only about 12 minutes away.

Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture or beds. **Please note that while we are dog friendly it is a 4 story house and has no backyard or great area to walk your dog. Please plan accordingly. Please note, while we allow dogs, our community and house is not exceptionally great for dogs. There's not a specific area to walk them in the neighborhood or take them out. We have a small grassy area right outside the condo. Dogs up to 30lbs ok - Maximum is 2 dogs with a pet fee of $100. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds.
