All of the best places in town are within 10-15 minutes: Broadway/Downtown, the Gulch, 12 South, Grand Ole Opry, Midtown, The Nations and even East Nashville with 5 Points and Lockland Springs.
I recommend taking an Uber or Taxi to get into town and once you're in town you can jump on the electric scooters to get around quickly.
Nashville Airport (BNA) is about a 15 minute drive and Vanderbilt University is only about 12 minutes away.
