Wifi and Roku TV. Window AC units in summer and baseboard heating in winter. Fully stocked kitchen with new dishwasher, new washer and dryer.

Yard is under construction April 1 - May 15 as we build a privacy fence and landscape for summer. Patio, grill and game room will be accessible at all times. Pictures will be updated to reflect the current state of fencing as completed. Pricing on calendar is updated to reflect discount for current state of usability. No construction will be conducted during guests' stay.
