The lock code will be sent the day of your arrival when the room is ready. Verify the front door is pulled shut and locked each time you leave the condo. You will be responsible for any items missing or damaged due to unauthorized entry.

Perform an inspection when you arrive and report any damage or problems to prevent being held responsible for them.

Keep all balcony doors and entry door closed to allow the air conditioning system to function properly. This area is very humid and moist air in the unit can create mold growth.

While linens, bath towels, and washcloths are provided in the unit, daily maid service is not included. You will need to plan on washing them as needed or bring extras. The cleaning fee is for housekeeping to come in after you depart and clean the condo for the next guest. If you would like to have my housekeeper come in mid-stay at a charge, please let me know and we will arrange.

No blankets, sheets, or towels from the condo may be used at the pool or beach at any time. When using the washer and dryer, do not wash our linens with your beach towels, as they will fade onto the linens.

No climbing or horseplay on balcony furniture. No unsupervised children may be on the balcony. No towels are to be hung over the balcony railing.

We do not give refunds for bad weather; however, we will refund the days that the EMA requires a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane.

Upon departure, discard all items from the refrigerator. Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start. Trash must be gathered and disposed in the trash chute next to the elevator. No food or trash should be left inside the condo. Ensure entry door is fully closed and locked.
