Our property just switched to an automated QR code check in process April 19th, 2025. This process will eliminate standing in line at the concierge desk for your wristbands and parking pass packet required by the complex.

The cost of this packet is $85 plus tax which is included in your total price per new Airbnb rules. It includes up to 6 bracelets and 1 parking pass.

Once booked you will get the link to fill out the required complex information, and generate your QR code, which you will need to show to security as you enter the drive at check in time.

You can park in any yellow parking spot. Please hang your parking pass on your rearview mirror.

Guest will have access to the lagoon style pool , kids' play area, jacuzzi, heated indoor pool, and outdoor grill. There is also a Tiki Bar and Snack Shack for onsite dining and cocktails. A coffee shop is in the atrium for your pleasure and gift shop in the lobby. This unit does not have a reserved parking spot. Parking for this unit can be any parking spot that is painted yellow.

Other things to note
Beach towels are provided in the unit. Please do not take bath towels from unit to beach or pool area. Please clean out the lint trap in dryer after each use. Parking passes and wristbands can be purchased at the concierge desk on the first floor.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES:
*Remove all used bedding (pillowcases, sheets and duvets that are on the comforters) pile in front of washer
*All used towels please leave on bathroom floor
*Leave comforters and pillows on the beds
*Take all trash out to the dumpster/compacter
*There a trash dumpster outside the door about 20 feet to the right past the elevators outside
*No food left behind
*Empty out refrigerator
*If sleeper sofa was used please leave open
*Start the dishwasher
*Leave A/C on and fans circulating
