Cape May Coastal House is our stylish shore escape—perfect for families, friends, and groups. We designed our home to be bright, spacious, and to help you gather, unwind, and connect. Enjoy indoor and outdoor games, BBQ, and evenings under the stars at the firepit. Inside, an open-concept living space and chef’s kitchen with gas range blend comfort and style. Just minutes from beaches, restaurants, wineries, breweries, shopping, and nature—our home is where memories are made—season after season.

The space
Our newly renovated 5-bedroom coastal retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and is located in North Cape May. It is centrally located near Delaware Bay beaches, restaurants, wineries, breweries, shopping, and nature. In addition to classic summer beach stays, our home is ideal for wine weekends, brewery hopping, wedding & graduation groups, and off-season coastal escapes.

The home is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, central AC, premium Brooklyn Bedding mattesses, and beach gear including, chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, a cooler, and a cart to carry it all. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for all guests at no extra costs. The backyard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence, great for kids or pets. Parking accommodates one or two vehicles in the driveway with ample additional unmetered street parking available. Please do not block neighbors driveways.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Upper Primary Bedroom 1: King bed, 43” Vizio TV, bench seating, closet, Bluetooth speaker/radio, heat and AC, and a dedicated workstation with fast Wi-Fi.
• Upper Primary Bedroom 2: King bed, 43” Vizio TV, bench seating, closet, Bluetooth speaker/radio, and heat and AC, and a dedicated workstation with fast Wi-Fi.
• Upper Bunk Room 3: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, 43” Vizio TV, closet, heat and AC, and dedicated workstations with fast Wi-Fi.
• Lower Primary Bedroom 4: King bed, 43” Roku TV, bench seating, closet, Bluetooth speaker/radio, heat and AC, and a dedicated workstation with fast Wi-Fi.
• Lower Bedroom 5: Two queen beds, 43” Roku TV, bench seating, and heat and AC.

Bathrooms:
You’ll find two full bathrooms in the home. The upper-level bathroom includes a tub and shower, while the lower-level bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Living Area:
The bright and airy open living area is designed for groups to gather comfortably. It includes an eight to ten person dining table, two additional bar seats at the kitchen table, and a large eight-ten seat sectional sofa, allowing the full group to dine and relax together. The living space also includes a 65-inch Smart TV for streaming, several board games, a karaoke machine, and classic NES console, to keep everyone entertained on indoor days.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for group meals, including a refrigerator with ice maker, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, pizza dishes, and small appliances such as a coffee maker that supports both K-cups and ground coffee, a blender, air fryer, toaster, and more.

Laundry Area:
Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer during their stay. A limited number of laundry pods are provided. Beach towels are stored on the shelf above the washer and dryer which can be used before heading to the hot tub.

*OUTDOOR SPACE*
The outdoor space is designed for year-round enjoyment. The fully enclosed backyard features a patio with a retractable pergola for shade on sunny days and stringlights for relaxing other the starts. The outdoor space also features sectional seating, a dining table, wood fire pit, a propane charbroil BBQ grill, a cooler to keep beverages cold, and a variety of outdoor games including giant connect four, axe throwing, and corn hole. After a day at the beach or exploring Cape May, guests can relax in the hot tub or enjoy an evening around the firepit.

*BEACH DAYS*
In addition to the beach towels located above the washer dryer we have a foldable beach cart, two beach umbrellas, and six foldable beach chairs, two beach balls, and a beach basket play set. These are located in the dining storage benches and should be returned at checkout to avoid replacement charges.

Guest access
Your private home awaits in this quiet community. Guests have access to the entire property and surrounding yard. Please be respectful of our neighbors who are elderly and have young children.

You can enjoy the entire space with easy access through the front door, equipped with an electronic keypad that sends out your unique code before you arrive.

TVs are available in all bedrooms and the living area. Use your own streaming subscription services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and bring your own logins. Please remember to log out at the end of your stay.

For your safety, there are two exterior cameras located on the outside of the property. There are NO indoor cameras.

A fire extinguisher is located on each level. First aid kits are located in each bathroom.
