Next to a working homestead farm you can enjoy looking over at the miniature cows grazing in the pasture or maybe hear the donkey braying. Just minutes away from shopping, entertainment like AT&T Stadium, Fort Worth, stockyards, Ennis Speedway or the local winery & barbecue just down the street.

The space
Wake up to birds singing outside your window as the morning sun filters through towering trees. Pour a cup of coffee and enjoy the quiet from the porch while watching nature come to life around you. Spend your evenings under the stars listening to crickets, watching fireflies, and enjoying conversations that don't compete with notifications.
For families, this is the kind of place that feels like childhood in the 90s.
The wide-open yard becomes a playground for imagination and adventure. Kids can build forts, paint rocks, play hide-and-seek, create scavenger hunts, draw hopscotch or tic-tac-toe with chalk, chase lightning bugs at dusk, toss a game of cornhole, and spend the day exploring the outdoors instead of staring at a screen.
As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows, share stories, and enjoy quality time together under the Texas sky.
For adults, it's a chance to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and remember what it feels like to truly unplug on the back porch next to the over 200 year old pecan tree.
