I grew up in Anchorage, Alaska--a spectacular place filled with some of the most amazing scenery on the planet. It's a magical place and a great place to live, but after nearly two decades there, I decided to see what the outside world had to offer, and I took a position in the travel industry working remotely and moved down south. I currently serve as Director of Operations for a small start-up company that helps people book discounted rental cars.
