Grant's Branson Condo - Branson

2700 Green Mountain Drive in The Greens at Thousand Hills. This condo is in the middle of Branson but very peaceful and quiet, containing two bedrooms/two baths at opposite ends of the floorplan, each with comfortable King beds. The leather sofa is a convertible queen sleeper. Lots of room, with 1220 square feet of heated and cooled space plus a balcony, with access from living area as well as master bedroom, gives it a “just like home” feel. It is equal driving time from the Branson Landing on the East to Silver Dollar City to the West and only about 5 minutes from the Ballparks and most attractions.

Freshly updated, with new granite counter and vanity tops, a modern grey paint scheme, and new cabinets. The new appliances, new HVAC system, and HDMI TV's will ensure your vacation is hassle free.

All TV's have Roku streaming TV service and the dual-band WIFI modem provides a strong, fast WIFI signal for all your devices throughout the condo. A complimentary Netflix guest account is provided.

The Master bedroom has a private bathroom with jetted tub, separate dressing area, and separate access to the deck. The guest bedroom is immediately adjacent to another full bath (without jetted tub) and is on the opposite end of condo from Master.

The full-sized kitchen is fully equipped with incidentals like pots and pans, pizza pan, blender, stoneware, utensils, wine glasses, and wine opener and is also stocked with consumables like teas, coffee, sweeteners, popcorn, cocoa, toothpicks, sandwich bags, foil etc. A Keurig and generic pod are provided, along with a George Foreman smokeless grill. A BBQ grill is provided on the deck for those special steaks! A PakNPlay is provided but please bring linens for your infant. All other linens are provided – even beach towels.

Kiddos are provided a highchair, PakNPlay, sippy cups (2), food trays and bowls, small cups, spoons and forks. Bedding is not provided for the PakNPlay for hygienic reasons.

A full-size washer and dryer are in a separate utility room next to the kitchen, and stocked with laundry detergent, fabric softener, static sheets, iron and ironing board.

A Play Station 4 in guest bedroom comes with six games, selected for all ages. A selection of 22 DVD movies is available for those easy hours, including specially selected children's' features as well as Family board games.

One marked, reserved parking spot for is provided, with plenty of guest parking about 40 feet away, on opposite side of driveway. The thermostat is connected to the internet, and you can let me know the temperature you want set for your arrival. After that, the thermostat is under your control.

The seasonal pool requires coded access, is good-sized, quiet and secluded, with large sunning areas about 50 yards from the front door of the condo.

The condo is within walking distance (+ or - 700 yards) of 4 very acceptable restaurants, 2 miniature golf courses, a craft mall, a boutique, Grand Village Shopping Plaza (containing unique shops), an upscale supermarket, and even a Wal-Mart. It is equal distance from either Silver Dollar City (west) or the Branson Landing (to the east) in terms of driving time. Google address: 2700 Green Mountain Drive, Branson, Missouri.

The condo is accessed by 17 steps, separated by a landing, down to the condo and may also be accessed by walking down the slight hill on the grass.

Boat and trailer parking is not allowed by the HOA, and they also prohibit any pets, other than those belonging to owners.
