From the villa, it is 100 m to the water. The unobstructed view of the water is, of course, the highlight. You can sit comfortably in the room and watch boats sailing by... You have a spacious terrace with seating and loungers by the lake. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, in the attic there is a room with a double bed and another with 2 single beds (which can also be pushed together). Sauna; fireplace - everything is there. I do not take a deposit - just leave everything tidy. Accidents happen - that's what you have liability insurance for... All utility costs, Wi-Fi are included in the price. A grill is available on the terrace. The outdoor sauna, washing machine/dryer has a coin-operated system - for the washing machine and the sauna. The well-developed network of bike paths through the DÖPE nature reserve towards Wismar, or along Lake Schwerin towards the state capital makes active vacations a reality. For anglers or water sports enthusiasts: we also have a paddle boat at the house or a catamaran (with a captain) at the mooring. The outdoor sauna operates with a coin system. The SEEWIND has a covered terrace accessible from the living room and bedroom with plenty of space to sit, grill, and enjoy the lake view. The living room offers space by the fireplace and for watching TV. The kitchen is separate and equipped for 8 people. The accommodation is best suited for 4 adults and 4 children. Everything you need is there. The bedrooms have a Redwood bed measuring 2 m x 1.8 m in the upper floor. In the attic, both bedrooms have 2 single beds that can also be pushed together. A crib and a baby bed along with a high chair are available. There is a shower room in the attic, a shower room with an additional bathtub in the upper floor, and a guest toilet in the hallway. The apartment has its own garden plot with a brick fireplace.
