Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long hikes, bike tours and walks. The ensemble of six holiday homes, each with four holiday flats, was newly built in 2007 and is located in the northern part of Koserow. From the south/south-west facing terraces or balconies you have a view over the meadows towards the Achterwasser. A tree-lined dune path takes you to the fine sandy beach, the pier forecourt with shops and restaurants and the Koserow highlight, the new pier, in less than 5 minutes. Excursion boats run from there during the season, e.g. to Rügen. All shopping facilities, town centre, bicycle hire, playground within walking distance (300 m). From the property you have direct access to the meadow and can go for a relaxed walk with your four-legged family member.
Holiday flat with terrace - only 300 metres to the sandy beach
The flats (built in 2007) are located on the northern outskirts of Koserow almost directly opposite the pier at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. This can be reached in approx. 300 metres. Meadows and fields start right next to the house. From the balconies and terraces you have a marvellous view.
The flats are tastefully furnished in different colours. An electric fireplace or tiled stove in the living room ensures a cosy feeling even on colder days. The flats are ideal for families, but also for adults travelling together. We are also happy to welcome your four-legged family member in these flats. - 3-room flat on the ground floor with central heating, terrace - 1 bedroom with double bed, - 1 bedroom with bunk bed - suitable for 1-4 people + 1 child < 4 years - dogs welcome - 1 living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and dishwasher - 1 daylight bathroom with shower/WC - 1 large terrace (partly covered) facing south/south-west with barbecue area
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and garden lounger. The property is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs.
Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via an unpaved path (gravel path, approx. 100m). Most holiday flats have WLAN, travel cot and high chair.
The distance to the beach is approx. 300m. Access to the beach is barrier-free, so that a pushchair or handcart, for example, can also be taken along. Beach chairs available for wheelchair users. The town centre with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 600m away. The dog beach is approx. 500m away.
The 12 holiday flats are tastefully furnished to a high standard. We have made a conscious effort to ensure that the flats are not identical, but each has its own personal touch. So that you can immediately feel at home on holiday. All flats are fully furnished and offer every comfort.
In the living room there is an 80cm smart TV, in some cases a blueray player and WLAN internet connection. Please note that this is an undeveloped network area. Streaming films is therefore only possible to a limited extent. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave with grill and hot air function, ceramic hob (4 plates), partly oven and the usual electrical appliances (coffee machine, toaster and much more). The area of the holiday flats borders directly on an undeveloped water protection area. Parking spaces are available on the property for a fee. The grounds are fenced with the exception of the access roads. Please keep your four-legged family member on a lead at all times on the premises.
