☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This 2,050 square foot home is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests. We think 10 is the most comfortable number but allow for 2 additional guests (totaling 12) at no extra charge. The four designer bedrooms feature luxury vinyl floors, wood-paneled walls, comfortable beds (linens provided), handcrafted furniture, and nature views. The master suite has a King bed with a memory foam mattress and plush pillows. This room is complete with nature-inspired artwork, soaring ceilings, and a flat-screen TV. There are also two foldable mattresses and a pack n play tucked away in the walk-in closet so that you can accommodate the 2 extra guests and an infant comfortably. There is an en-suite bathroom attached to this room (more details below).

The other three bedrooms have queen-size beds, all with a similar design strategy. All of the bedrooms have a flat-screen TV equipped with Netflix so you can log into your account and binge-watch all your favorite shows from the comfort of your room. The bedrooms also have handcrafted dressers and a spacious closet so you can unpack your bags and make yourself at home.

The king bedroom and two queen bedrooms are on the main floor, and the fourth bedroom with two queen size beds is on the second floor.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

This home has two and a half stylish bathrooms. The first one is the en-suite master bathroom, which has a soaking tub (non-jetted), a new walk-in shower, and two separate vanities. The large walk-in closet is located in the bathroom to store all your things or sleep children on the floor mats (bedding provided). The second bathroom is located on the main floor in the hallway between the two Queen bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a half bathroom with a toilet and a vanity but no shower. All bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, washcloths, and towels.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

The beautiful kitchen is the heart of the home and gets plenty of sunlight. You can enjoy the amazing views while you are inside or out! Surrounded by windows that overlook the mountains, this common space is fully equipped with everything a busy family needs to cook and eat together. Some of the features of this high-end kitchen include both drip coffee and Keurig options, and everyday appliances like a crock-pot, blender, griddle, and toaster. There are grilling tools and utensils, and a pantry stocked with basics like oil, spices, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. The stainless steel appliances pop against the wood-paneled walls, and all of the drawers and cabinets are stocked with kitchen essentials. The dining room seats up to eight people, and additional bar stools at the island can accommodate another five.

The kitchen flows effortlessly into the main living room, which is an open and airy space that your whole family will love. Whether you're watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or cozying up next to the electric fireplace, this living room is designed to bring the whole family together. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space and offer unobstructed views off the balcony and the gorgeous Tennessee mountains. The living room is complete with three high-end couches, decorative light fixtures, nature-inspired decor, high ceilings, and Earthy accents.

The upstairs game room is designed to give kids and teens a space of their own. The large double queen bedroom shares its space as a game room. This space has arcade-style games such as air hockey and a basketball hoop. It also contains an infinity game table with 30+ games! Kids, teens, and adults alike will have endless fun playing together or alone on this amazing game table. The game room also has a large screen TV (streaming only in this room).

Start your day by brewing a cup of coffee and enjoying it out on the gorgeous shaded balcony. Sit back in one of the classic rocking chairs and enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains. After a day of shopping or hiking, you'll be thankful for the bubbling 6-person hot tub that looks out over the trees. Bring your favorite bottle of wine out to the patio and enjoy a peaceful night with a view. The balcony gets a lot of shade so you can spend hours out here but still stay out of the sun.
