The space
Our one-acre, Spanish-style manor tucked into the hills offers a
wonderful mix of privacy, fun and outdoor living.

Ideal for families and groups, Bella Vista has 5,000 square feet
of modernized living space. A beautifully manicured entrance
welcomes you to a grand six bedroom home for up to 10 guests.

Each spacious bedroom has luxurious new beds each with Samsung
smart TVs.

High-speed Wi-Fi (over 400Mbytes/s with 3 extenders)
ensures coverage throughout the house and backyard.

Our kitchen has a Wolf range and two Wolf convection and
steamer ovens and subzero fridge. or grill up a feast on the gas barbecue or Kamado smoker outside.

Two of the bedrooms open to a private balcony with views across the valley and the city – the dream spot for a morning cup of coffee.

In addition, enjoy tap beer from our slate rock bar (or even the jacuzzi)
while watching our outdoor TV.

We have a kid's zone surf shack with a full bathroom, couch, beds, TV’s, elliptical and other exercise equipment as a get away from the main house.

Dip into the gigantic 9 foot deep salt water pool with stream and 2 waterfalls. Pool heat is available upon request. The jacuzzi is constantly heated free of charge.

End your day with the laughter of storytime around the firepit and the smell of toasted marshmallows, or feel your muscles relax as you sink into the warm jacuzzi bubbles as you take in the scenic lights below. You will return from your stay feeling rejuvenated and alive.
