What a lovely oasis for a few days. A private retreat from the hurried pace of life. Amy’s place was cozy, spotless, and well appointed. My wife and I wanted for nothing. The kitchen is fully supplied, the views are stunning, and the private beach access just incredible. Amy was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions we had. We’d love to come back with our two kids one day.

My fiancé and I had an excellent stay at Seamist. Loved everything about this place. Excellent views and it’s right on the beach. The unit was spotless, and had everything we needed. We come to the area every year and would definitely consider this the top choice when we visit again. Amy was also very helpful and very quick to respond when we had any questions.
Amy’s condo is great! Squeaky clean bathroom (even a perfectly clean shower curtain) and the furniture looked nice and fresh too! Fully stocked kitchen and even had Tupperware! Beautiful view, easy access to everything on 30A, and Amy was very responsive and helpful! Thank you, Amy! Hope to be back again:)
Amy has exceeded our expectations from the get go- she has been an excellent host from the moment we booked our vacation! The condo was very clean and accommodations all our needs. The location is literally perfect and and the pizza place next door is to die for! Do yourself a favor and book with Amy, shes awesome!!
This is my new favorite go-to spot on 30A. I can't wait to bring my mom here. It is PERFECT. Right on the water. Privacy. I sat on the balcony and watched the sunset every single day. It was so peaceful and lovely! Amy was very responsive when I had any questions as well!
My wife and I had a great getaway at Seamist. The weather was great and the beach was beautiful. We used the chair service recommended by Amy and enjoyed the ease of that. We had 2 great dinners (Old Florida Fish House and FOOW), the 2nd we picked up and brought back to eat on the porch.

You will be greeted by breathtaking views that match the beautiful turquoise accents in the home. Head out to your private balcony to get a closer look at the brilliant, blue-green waters of the Gulf. Grab your favorite drink and take a seat on the high top swivel chairs. The perfect place to watch the dolphins.King Bed in the Primary Room - dresser, 2 night stands & two luggage racks. Closet stocked with hotel hangers. Smart TV
