The exterior of this home offers under house concrete parking, an enclosed entry, and a convenient elevator to quickly unpack your vacation goodies. A private boardwalk takes you directly to the sandy shore, and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water awaits you after a full day in the sun.

Dip in the private pool (heated for a fee) with a waterfall spa overlooking the Gulf or let your cares melt away in the 6-person hot tub!

A fish cleaning area and park-style grill are provided for your fresh fisherman's catch.

An exterior staircase provides added convenience from every level when heading to the pool or beach. A laundry room with washer/dryer on the ground level.

The first floor offers large sliding doors with direct access to the covered deck with rocking chairs and a patio table for al fresco dining. The living area offers a flat screen TV and plenty of comfy seating.

The dining room seats 10 for fantastic coastal meals, and the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances will make any chef happy. A breakfast bar that seats three is perfect for your morning cup of coffee or a quick sandwich.

The SW king bedroom enjoys a flat screen TV, direct access to the Gulf view deck and a full private bathroom with two vanities and a double shower.

A one-half bathroom is provided for guest use on this floor.

The second floor boasts another living area with a super-convenient wet bar with mini refrigerator & sink, queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV and desk with wireless printer.

Exit from the living area to the covered deck with sweeping views of the turquoise water. A pub table is provided for evening cocktails or card games.

The NW bunk bedroom sleeps three in a double/twin bunk bed and enjoys a flat screen TV. A full shared bathroom is provided between these bedrooms.

The NE queen bedroom enjoys a flat screen TV and direct access to the covered deck with Gulf views. The SE queen bedroom enjoys a flat screen TV. An additional full shared bathroom is provided between these rooms.
