The space
Welcome to Sea Turtle Cove
Adorable private one bedroom guesthouse close to beaches, downtown entertainment and all that Sarasota and Bradenton have to offer. Enter into private patio area with alfresco dining to enjoy in the cool of the evening.

Inside, beautiful decor, lots of natural light with the option of blackout shades in the gorgeous bedroom for sleeping in. Enjoy peaceful slumber on the king size adjustable bed. the head and feet can elevate, it even has a massage mode! Luxury linens and high end mattresses for your ultimate comfort. Enjoy watching your favorite movies from bed or the living area.

Whip up your favorite meal in the kitchen area using the two burner induction cooktop. there is a microwave and a mini fridg along with drip coffee maker. I can supply various small appliances on request. I recently added a countertop convection/toaster oven air fryer at guests request. Bon Appetit!

Parking is available for one or two cars in front of unit.

This unit is attached to main house with private entrance and measures taken to soundproof unit.

Oh did I mention we are close, two miles to SRQ airport...don't worry the planes don't fly overhead and with new hurricane windows the sound is not a problem.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood, we love it here!

We are seven miles to Lido beach, nine miles to Anna Maria Island and nine miles to Siesta. They are all beautiful!

We have high speed internet and smart tvs for your enjoyment.

Other things to note
We love our furry friends! Well behaved dogs under 25lbs are welcome. We ask that pets stay off furniture. Local leash laws are in effect, please pickup after pets. I can provide pet beds and bowls. Sorry no cats due to allergies.
Starter supply of laundry, dish, hand soap provided along with paper products. Grocery stores, Aldi's, Winn Dixie and Publix are close by.
I will leave binder with house rules and tourist info, trash collection info etc..
