size of property: 587m².The tastefully furnished Black Forest house with garden on the outskirts of St. Blasien is located in a quiet residential area right next to the forest and has an idyllic garden with barbecue area.
This idyll was built in 1947 in the Black Forest style with a shingle façade and has been extensively and lovingly renovated and modernised in the last two years. It is situated in a very quiet location by a stream and on the edge of the forest, yet still in the centre. Enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet on the beautiful terrace and let yourself be inspired by the Black Forest.
Facilities:
You enter the house via a loggia and arrive in the entrance area - you will recognise immediately - old meets modern! The light grey tiles in the hallway blend in perfectly with the style of the house, as does the eat-in kitchen. The living and dining room has oak parquet flooring, while the extravagant tiled stove (connected to the central heating) brings a cosy atmosphere in the colder months.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a children's room, and a large, modern bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bathtub and walk-in shower.
Location:
Whether a relaxing cure or an adventurous holiday, St. Blasien offers both. An existing infrastructure is characterised by numerous stylish shops and well-kept restaurants.
Neighbouring communities include: the Feldberg, Schluchsee and Bernau.
St. Blasien has a population of approx. 2700 and has several recreational clinics. St. Blasien has doctors on the scale of a small town. The cities of Freiburg, Zurich and Basel are just over an hour's drive away.
