Schönes Landhaus mit Tauchbecken, Strand 3km
type of building: Detached house. size of property: 90m². no group bookings. no youth groups.The well equiped holiday house is in the countryside/natural parc, all private. The ocean and little beaches you reach within 3km. Nice terraces and a good bakery and freshmarket in the little village Rogil, 2km distance. Great place when you love nature and freedom!
This lovely house is situated in the countryside with fruit trees around and great rural view. Modern furnished with some rustic details.
Lay-out:
* Living-/dining room with smart TV (satelite) and internet
* Kitchen with hub, dish washer, coffee machine, fridge, toaster
* 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200cm
* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
* 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet with hygiene shower
Due to the maritime climate, air conditioning is not needed. Casa Pomar is also suitable for the winter months, there is a good wood stove. The house is well isolated and equipped with high-quality window frames with double glazing. Solar panels are used.
The house, terrace and pool is all for your private use. You can enjoy the nice views. In the area are little agricultural activities. The terrace is equipped with outside furniture and barbecue. Plunge pool under the figtree.
*Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a road that has not been surfaced (gravel path of about 500 metres).
*There is a travel bed for small children available on request.
