The main entrance leads to a modern, fully equipped kitchen with new and modern appliances such as a large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The next bedroom is a spacious family room, with a main room with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and another room with 2 single beds that can be used as a children's room or by adults, as there is an intermediate door. With a total size of 44 m2, this room offers enough space for everyone and a wonderful view of the garden.

In the spectacular garden there is a large pool measuring 5 x 10 metres (air conditioning is available for a fee). The subtropical garden is home to many species of birds and creates a charming atmosphere. There are lawns, a large terrace, tropical palm trees, birds and a variety of flowers.

The garage has space for two cars, and it can also be parked in front of the house.

On the upper floor of the house, a terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Teide, the Orotava Valley and the vast Atlantic Ocean. For those who enjoy friendly competition, a table tennis table is also available.
