The property is engulfed by breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and surrounding mountains. The sunsets will provide not only spectacular photos but also unforgettable memories.

This lush property is a 3-bedroom villa all with ensuite bathrooms. The quaint property retains its charm with a traditional Alang Alang thatched roof & teak wooden fixtures. The villa provides large open plan living which leads out onto surrounding terraces.

All three bedrooms enjoy magnificent ocean views.

Master bedroom contains luxuries such as 6 meters high ceilings, with the spa-like ensuite boasting a luxurious stone bathtub outlooking on to ocean views.

Samastiti beach house has two more bedrooms. The king-bedded room on the ground floor overlooks the ocean and has direct pool access. Imagine stepping directly from your bed to the swimming pool in the morning.

The twin-bedded room also overlooks the ocean and features partly outdoor en-suite bathrooms with views of the ricefields from your bath.

All three bedrooms are adorned in their alluring colors of green, beige, and blue.

For large groups, we can accommodate an extra 3 people on large sofas. You can also rent the “love shack”, a charming traditional beachfront wooden house next door that will sleep another 2 people bringing the total capacity to 11 people.

Samastiti Beach House is a private oasis with big open-plan living and dining spaces, garden terraces, and balconies with views of the sea, the mountain, and the rice fields.

The light-filled living room is designed tastefully with natural stones, local teak wood, and traditional artwork, giving a natural feel that fits perfectly with holidaying on Bali island. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors opens up to a breezy veranda where you can relax, sit together, and dine to the view of the pool and the ocean. At the back of the living room, is the TV room where guests can lounge on a comfy sofa, reading a book, or watch a movie on the modern entertainment set that boasts a 42-inch LCD TV with Netflix.

Another vast living room is located on the second floor with great views of the surrounding ricefields

The outdoor area includes a private luxurious 15-meter infinity pool that overlooks a tropical garden and the sea.

Beach chairs sit facing the ocean waves and glimpses of local fishermen going about their daily rituals. Hang out under the open gazebo found right by the ocean for a delicious meal or a few evening cocktails.

Guests even have the option to entertain during their stay while kicking back by the outdoor firepit.
