The space
This property is located on the 1st floor of the building, which is the golden floor for this property and very suitable for friends who strongly resist climbing stairs. However, because it is on the 1st floor, the overall lighting is not particularly good. But if you want to pursue higher cost-effectiveness or special price listings, you can check the high floors of this building.
There are a total of five units in this building, namely:
101 located on the 1st floor / 202 located on the 2nd floor / 302 located on the 3rd floor / 402 located on the 4th floor / 502 located on the 5th floor.

The interior area of this property is 15.22 square meters, and within this space, there is a separate shower room (with a bathtub), a separate toilet, a small kitchen, a washstand, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and two unfolded tatami mats. With all of these items in the room, the space will feel very small and cramped, so please be mentally prepared.

- There is no elevator in the apartment, and the first-floor public area has access control and monitoring. Each room has a visual doorbell, ensuring high safety and security.
- Room facilities include: Wi-Fi throughout the building (no portable Wi-Fi), microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, and electric kettle.
- The bathroom and toilet are separated. The toilet has a warm water washlet and provides daily tissue. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, 24-hour hot water, and is equipped with a heating, cooling, and drying system.
- We provide DOVE shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, all of which are purchased in family size from Costco, ensuring higher quality.
- Two bath towels and non-disposable slippers are provided (*Toothpaste, toothbrush, and comb can be picked up on the first floor.*).
- The kitchen is equipped with a frying pan, stew pot, spatula, ladle, bowl, chopsticks, spoon, cups, and cleaning tools (please refer to the pictures). Due to food safety considerations, we do not provide seasoning. Thank you for your understanding.

Guest access
The room is separated completely. The whole room, including toilet, bathroom, kitchen, only be accessible for you.

Other things to note
- Check-in time is after 16:00; check-out time is before 11:00.
- During the stay, we do not provide free cleaning services. Bed linens will be changed for each guest (If you need additional cleaning services, please make a reservation at least one day in advance. Cleaning fees will apply).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building, including inside the rooms and corridors. If smoking is found, a fine of 20,000 JPY will be imposed.
- Please keep quiet during your stay and do not disturb others' rest.
- The use of any hair dye products with color is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
- Please do not damage any furniture, appliances, or bed linens. In the event of damage, compensation will be charged at the cost of replacement.
- There is only one key, and a fee of 10,000 JPY will be charged for any lost keys.
- Kitchen utensils can be used freely. Please clean them and return them to their original place after use.
- If you do not recognize someone who rings the doorbell, please do not answer as they may cause unnecessary trouble.
- According to Japanese law, the host is required to register each guest with the public health center. As the host, I will request your passport or other identification documents before your stay and submit them to the Arakawa Public Health Center in Tokyo (Japanese nationals can submit their health insurance card or driver's license). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
