HOUSE GUIDELINES
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to preserve the peaceful atmosphere
• Infinity Pool use: Perfect for relaxed floating and soaking in the views. For safety, jumping and diving are not permitted. Please note that no lifeguard is on duty.
• Non-smoking: Smoke-free property, including all indoor and outdoor areas

SUSTAINABILITY & UTILITIES
We follow a shared approach to caring for the island’s resources:
• Natural cooling: Hilltop breezes and screened openings often reduce the need for AC
• Electricity: 10 kWh/day included; additional usage billed at $0.50/kWh
• Water: Curacao provides a high-quality desalinated tap water that is safe to drink; we encourage its use to reduce plastic waste.
