Make memories as you connect with friends and loved-ones at this beautiful Riverside Estate. Relax in the 6 person hot tub, swim in the massive pool, or enjoy fishing on the Sacramento River. Then get together on the deck for an amazing barbecue and good times. Sleep in one of the 10 beds, or watch a show in front of the fireplace. There are even two cottages for extra friends, parents, or maybe you need the separate units if you have a young baby or noisy sleepers. In the morning, you’ll enjoy preparing breakfast in our executive kitchen in the house. Plenty of dishes are available to serve whatever you can cook up on the delux Wolf gas range. Our dining table can easily seat 10 but the deck has chairs for many more.

The 1 acre yard with 180 feet of riverfront is perfect to enjoy the wildlife. Otters, king fishers, heron love this river. You may even see a Bald Eagle who nest nearby. In the morning deer often are walking along the riverbank.

Many of our guests love to hire a fishing guide from the Fly Shop in Redding where you can fully outfitted with all the gear so you can catch some prizewinning bass, trout, steelhead or salmon. The Sacramento River is one of those unique places you can fish all year long!

The master suite has a king bed and room for a crib or an airbed. There is also a jetted jacuzzi tub for soaking, or a shower with a steamer for those who prefer this type of experience.

This estate is on a dead end street near exit 670 of I-5 to provide you a quiet getaway without having to drive deep into the wilderness.
