During the winter months, after the leaves have fallen, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the river below and the soothing sound of the water flowing through the valley, creating an even more peaceful mountain experience.

You'll also occasionally hear the whistle of the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad as it winds through the valley—a classic Bryson City tradition that adds to the area's mountain charm.
