Inside is a fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8, so the whole family or the whole crew gets a real bed. Bring the dog. The yard is fully fenced and gated, and up to 2 pets are welcome.

In town for the weekend? Fish off the dock, catch the sunset over the marsh, and let the kids run until they drop. Sailing out of JAXPORT? The cruise terminal is about 7 miles away, so you start the trip rested instead of stuck in a hotel off the interstate.

Here for a month or longer? This is the furnished home base you'll actually look forward to coming back to after work. Utilities and lawn care are included. UF Health is 4 miles away, downtown is 6, and the airport is 7. Unpack, settle in, and live on the water for a while.

Good to know: No events or parties, no smoking, quiet hours after 10 PM. Pets are $50 per stay.
