Your holiday home is located in the heart of the 500-soul village of Tanne, a state-recognised health resort in the valley of the Warme Bode, in the middle of the Hochharz. At an altitude of 460 to 540 metres, the village is surrounded by beautiful forests and fragrant mountain meadows. Thanks to its sheltered location, Tanne offers ideal conditions for sustainable recreation.
In front of the flat you will find a terrace furnished with garden furniture in the middle of the garden. Here you can enjoy an al fresco meal and benefit from the sweeping view of the hilly green surroundings. Use the fireplace barbecue for a shared barbecue evening. A car park is available on the property.
In the separately accessible holiday flat, you are welcomed to a living space of 50 m², which is divided into a spacious bedroom, a cosy living room (extra bed possible), a kitchen with kitchenette and dining table and a daylight shower room. The bedroom gives you a comfortable night's sleep in a spacious double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, which is surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. You will also find a wardrobe to store your luggage. The centrepiece of the flat is the living room, which you enter from the hallway. To your left you will find a sideboard with a flat-screen TV, a very comfortable seating area consisting of a three-seater and an armchair, arranged around a coffee table, can be found at the back of the room. Here you can enjoy relaxing in the evening after a day out while the flat-screen TV with TV-USB connection and DVD player provides entertainment. A CD player with radio provides background music for your stay. The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, an under-mounted washbasin with mirror, a WC, a hairdryer and a bathroom window. All rooms are heated by central heating.
A restaurant awaits you 400 metres away. Shopping facilities are 4 kilometres away. Sports enthusiasts can look forward to the tennis court and the cross-country ski trail 600 metres away. An extensive network of hiking and cycling trails invites you to go on hiking tours and leisurely walks.
