Welcome to the Résidence du Loeb, an Alsatian house designed to offer you comfort and authenticity. Here, every detail tells a story: vintage furniture, local decor, and a warm atmosphere.

The house consists of a bright living room open to a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, appliances, complete tableware), ideal for sharing convivial meals. A reading room awaits you for quiet moments, while a mezzanine equipped with a desk, 32" screen, and ultra-fast fiber allows you to work remotely or isolate yourself in complete tranquility.

At night, three themed bedrooms welcome you: Kouglof and Bretzel upstairs, and Choucroute on the ground floor. You also have a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as separate toilets for added comfort.

Outside, enjoy a private parking space and, upon request, a secure garage for your bikes. Pets are accepted (additional fee), and the house is strictly non-smoking.

Located between Strasbourg and nature, the Résidence du Loeb is the ideal starting point to discover Alsace differently: magical Christmas markets in winter, bike rides along the canal in summer, the Wine Route, and typical villages all year round. CTS buses 50 m away, shops 3 km away, and a park-and-ride 15 minutes away make your travels easier.

During your stay, you can enjoy all the comforts of the accommodation in complete tranquility. The living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom are at your disposal so you feel at home.

To ensure your safety and the proper functioning of the facilities, the basement remains closed, as it houses the heat pump and technical spaces.

The shared courtyard, equipped with an electric gate, is accessible for your comings and goings. We simply ask that you do not block the passage, as it is shared with a second accommodation.

At the back of the property, you will find a lush garden and a children's play area. These spaces are not included by default, but we will be happy to grant you access upon request and agreement, so you can enjoy them under the best conditions.

Pets

We accept pets after prior discussion, as we have two large dogs ourselves, one of which can be reactive with other animals. To ensure everything goes smoothly and there is no tension between pets, some simple rules will need to be followed. Please feel free to discuss this with us before your arrival: we will make sure your companion is welcome!

We want your stay to be enjoyable and without surprises, so here are some important points to know:

✅ Access to the accommodation: You enjoy all the comforts of the accommodation. Only the basement remains closed as it houses technical equipment.

✅ Bedrooms: The number of prepared and accessible bedrooms corresponds to the number of travelers declared at the booking. Unassigned bedrooms remain locked.

✅ Shared courtyard: You can move freely, but please do not block the passage, as it is shared with another accommodation. The courtyard is secured by an electric gate.

✅ Garden and play area: Located at the back of the property, these spaces should be respected just like the accommodation itself.

✅ Pets: We gladly accept them after prior discussion, as we have two large dogs (one of which can be reactive with other animals). To avoid any issues, we will establish some simple rules together.

✅ Communication with the host: We remain available by phone or message throughout your stay. We live nearby, which allows us to intervene quickly if needed while respecting your privacy.

✅ Parking: A parking space is reserved for you in the shared courtyard; other vehicles must park on the street (free parking).

✅ House rules: No parties or events, respect for neighbors and shared spaces. Arrival and departure times to be confirmed.

✅ Safety: The accommodation is equipped (detectors, electric gate). Please follow the instructions for your comfort and safety.
