Violations are subject to an additional charge of $500.00 plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Please make sure to verify within the allotted cancellation period should this be a consideration of your reservation. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Parking
All renters and guests staying overnight at Endless Summer Condominiums are required to register with the association manager upon arrival and pay the registration fee to obtain their parking pass.
You can pre-register and pay the registration fee through the Endless Summer Website. Renters and Guests may choose to wait until arrival and pay cash to the association manager at a higher fee. Activation of a Renter or Guest website account will not happen until registration is paid.

1 . Vehicle Parking: $25.00/vehicle On-Line registration.
2. Small Trailer Parking: $10.00
3. Motorcycle Parking: $20.00
(Note, if you are pulling a motorcycle on a trailer you must register your vehicle, the trailer, and motorcycle.)
