Luna Hermosa has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom suite features a sliding door with private outdoor patio and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Step out into the pool/spa area and you will be greeted by stunning views of the St. Jacinto mountains that will set the perfect backdrop for a relaxing day in the sun!

Luna Hermosa is located just 3 minutes to uptown palm springs and 7 minutes to the heart of downtown.
Enjoy hikes at Indian Canyon and surrounding world-class golf courses and tennis courts. The Main roads like I-10 or Highway 111 East create an easy gateway to other desert cities, like Palm Desert, Joshua Tree or the Coachella Music festival in Indio.

The Aerial tram, a must-do in Palm Springs, is just a couple of minutes away.

For those who want to get into some shopping, the designer stores at Cabazon outlet mall are just an 18-minute drive north.

The airport is only a 10-minute drive away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- For the safety of our guests and the property there is one security camera at the driveway and a Ring doorbell camera (we respect your privacy inside the home & in the pool/spa area)
- The living room has an emergency fire safety motion detector but does not record video or audio
- Note the polished tile floors can be slick, so please take caution
- No smoking inside the property or under the outdoor eaves. Please close sliding doors first.
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 4 guests. Extra guests will need to leave the property by 9pm according to the County’s STR Reinforcement Code
- Check-in is 12PM and check-out is 12PM. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and requires at least a 24-hour notice
- Palm Springs law prohibits outdoor music at any vacation rental in Palm Springs 24 hours a day.
-The city of Palm Springs requires guests to provide a copy of ID to host prior to check-in.
- The property is entirely accessed by automated digital locks for a streamlined and safe experience. You will receive the codes 1 day prior to your stay along with additional details for your stay. Your host will greet you after check in.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No outside music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which will be sent to you shortly after booking with Airbnb. To make things simple, the terms and conditions are the same as our house rules.

Service providers such as pool cleaners and landscapers are scheduled regularly for service while you're staying with us. They let themselves into the yards without notice.

Pet Policy:
◦ One Dog allowed. Breed, weight and age to be provided. Approval

◦ Our home is only suitable for one small to medium-sized dog under
45lbs
◦ Dog must be housebroken
◦ Dog is not allowed on beds or furniture
◦ Please bring your own dog towels, blanket, bed & crate
◦ Dog is not allowed to swim in the pool.
◦ Dog must always be under the careful supervision of their owner or a
responsible caregiver. Dog is not to be left unattended without prior
consent of owner. If consent is given dog must be crated with a time
limit of 3 hours total unattended time per day.
◦ Please clean up after Dog. Do not leave any feces on the property
◦ If you allow visitors, they are not permitted to bring pets.
◦ Any damage to the property, such as, but not limited to, stains,
scratches, or broken items, will be billed to your Airbnb account
◦ $25 fine including Pet Fee for any undisclosed pets

We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Documentation is required regarding what the disability is and what job the dog does. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or dog. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time. If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice.
