Relax & Beach cozy studio with garden, wifi - La Maddalena

The space
This is an external studio at the back of the villa, designed to offer privacy, tranquility, and comfort. The studio is about 30 sqm and includes a small kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare hot or cold meals, a private bathroom reserved exclusively for guests, and air conditioning. Extra personal utensils can also be provided upon request. The space comfortably hosts two people, but it can also be adapted for a small family with one child, for example with an extra foldable bed. It is an ideal setting for guests looking for relaxation, the sea, and a calm atmosphere that also works well for remote work.

Guest access
Guests have independent access to the studio, the private bathroom, and the dedicated outdoor garden area. Parking is easy on the street, and if needed, it is also possible to use the inner courtyard. The garden is a pleasant space for breakfast, relaxing, and spending time outdoors; it is not completely 100% secluded, but we are planning to add curtains and extra privacy elements to make it even more discreet.

Other things to note
There may be some neighborhood cats in the area, but I do not have any pets of my own. The studio is designed for two guests, but it can also be adapted for a small family with one child, if an extra foldable bed is available.
If you are coming back from the beach, I kindly ask you to wash your feet outside before entering, so that sand does not end up in the shower or inside the house.
Please also remember to switch off the air conditioning when you leave the house.
