Upon arrival please stop by the front desk to check in and to receive your parking permit, access bands and pool cards for towels (if needed). Photo ID may be required to enter the community.

Each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold that is to be placed on a credit card at the time of check in. This is to secure the return of the wristbands and the pool towel cards. At the time of check out the $100 hold will have returned to the credit card on file once all items have been returned to the front desk. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement for credit cards or 5 to 10 business days for debit.
