The resort fee of $20(+tax)/day/household charged by the Resort to access the club facilities is already included in our price. This includes unlimited access to the pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tub, gym, sand volleyball court, children's play area, outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fitness center, daily pool towels etc. With just over 1400sq ft; villa 417 LaMirage, has a living/dining room with adjacent kitchen which provides the perfect setting for a family to spend quality time cooking together or to sit and watch Netflix on our 4K HD smart TV, use your enjoy a cool drink at the end of a busy day, before heading to the pool, water slide or lazy river, just a 3- minute walk away. There is a bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs with 2 single beds each for the kids; with a bathroom to share.

Pets – we do welcome household pets but there is a limited of 2 per household. Maximum size permitted is 10Kg each. Pets must not be of a restricted, vicious, or aggressive breed as defined by the Florida statutes. You must inform the reception about your pets when you check in. All pets, including cats must be kept on a leash. You must clean up any excretions after your pets.
