This exclusive non-smoking residence at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by stylish thatched-roof houses, promises peace and relaxation in one of the most sought-after addresses on the island.
The interior of the house offers a cosy ambience for up to 5 people. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a single bed and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower and WC. Two further bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with rain shower and WC are located on the upper floor. The living area with a table, 5 chairs and a cosy living area has real oil paintings on the walls, a fireplace for romantic evenings as well as WiFi access and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The outdoor area of the house invites you to linger with its terrace directly facing the water. Equipped with teak furniture, a beach chair, sun loungers and parasols as well as an outdoor barbecue, it is the perfect place to unwind. There are also two car parking spaces right next to the house. The privileged view of the Bodden can be enjoyed from the living area, the terrace and even from one of the bedrooms.
The proximity to the endless fine white sandy Baltic Sea beach and secluded cycle paths, some of which run directly along the sea, offer ideal conditions for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Rügen. Despite its quiet location, the house is well connected and gives you easy access to all the local highlights.
