We're on a dead end street with very little traffic. The neighboring properties all have large lots. We have a sloping lot with a walkout lower level. View of the ski hills is unobstructed from both upper and lower levels. There are only a handful of houses with this view.

We are close to most things. A 5 min drive will get you just about everywhere. Walking into town will take around 20 mins.
