The converted-garage game room includes a pool table, foosball, darts and a Smart TV. Because this space is separate from the main living area, it may feel warmer during very hot Texas weather.

The home also offers fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, self check-in and a large driveway with room for multiple vehicles.

Nothing is shared your group will have exclusive use of the heated pool, hot tub, game room, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The home is easiest to explore by car or rideshare. Restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and parks are nearby, and San Antonio International Airport is accessible by car.

Major attractions—including the River Walk, Alamo, San Antonio Zoo, McNay Art Museum, Six Flags Fiesta Texas and SeaWorld—are also accessible by car. Travel times vary with traffic.

The driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, and free street parking is available.

Pool and hot tub

The pool is professionally serviced every Friday and remains available during service and immediately afterward.

Important expectations
• Maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests.
• Parties, events and unregistered visitors are not permitted.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• Up to two pets are welcome when included in the reservation.
• Five exterior cameras are present: a Ring doorbell at the front door, one camera facing the driveway, one facing the side walkway, one facing the side gate and one facing the back deck. There are no cameras inside the home.
