Freshly renovated and clean space. Living space has a new 4K HDR big screen TV, with more than 150 TV channels and all streaming services available for you to sign in with your credentials. Convertible sofa bed, and dining area. The kitchen is fully appointed with an eat at bar. Roomba vacuum. The owner suite has a retractable screen and HD TV projector, an LG WashCombo All-in-One and a queen bed with charger connectors for convenience. The outside courtyard is amazing with multiple seating areas, a fire pit, shaded picnic tables and night time lighting ambiance. If you decide to bring your pet, we have an onsite dog park. Parking is a breeze, coded entry and just a few feet from condo’s front door…no stairs. Be ready to make it yours!

You have access to all areas inside the condo that is not locked. Locked closets and areas, are restrict areas, and are not allowed to be broken in or opened in any way. Violators will be charged $500.00
