This Oceanfront condo is hosted by Oceans Breeze Vacations. It is located inside the iconic beachfront Pyramid Condominiums in North Ocean City at 95th st. You will be only steps away from the sand and ocean.
We offer completely flexible stays. This allows you to plan your vacation to arrive or depart on a weekday to avoid the weekend traffic. Saturday and Sunday check-ins and check-outs during the summer season are very busy with traffic being backed up entering and exiting Ocean City.
This beautifully decorated 1-bedroom, 1 & ½ Bath condo has been recently renovated. It features all new furniture throughout with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The unit offers a wonderful view of the ocean, beach and outdoor heated pool.
There is an oceanfront three season sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the beach. With the sliding doors open, it has a breezy, light-filled feel designed for total relaxation. This space has (2) reclining chairs and (2) rocking chairs. It will be your favorite place to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or just enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
We offer contactless check-in so there is no need to go to a separate location for a key. You will be given a door code prior to your arrival.
Linens & Towels are included: Towels (1 Bath towel & 1 washcloth per person), (2) hand towels, bathmats, oven mitts and dish towels are included.
The beds will be made up and ready for your arrival.

PARKING: Upon arrival, you will need to purchase a parking pass. The fee is $40 (Credit Card only). The parking pass can be purchased from the Long & Foster Office on the 1st Floor.
A second parking pass may be purchased for an additional fee if extra spaces are available. The Host has no control over this fee.
If the office is closed when you arrive, you must obtain a pass from the Long & Foster office before 10am the next day to avoid the possibility of being towed.
The parking pass must be visibly displayed on your car dashboard when parked on the lot.
Most of the parking is in an open area on the front side of the building. Additional parking is located underneath the building with a maximum height for vehicles of 6’ 2”. Oversized trucks and cars with luggage on the roof may not be able to fit in this area.
POOL: The HEATED outdoor pool and deck are open Memorial Day through the second week in October (weather permitting). It may be opened sooner and stay open later depending upon the discretion of building management.
CLEANING: Our professional cleaning team takes pride in maintaining top-tier standards for every stay. While they strive for perfection, occasional oversights can happen. We encourage you to notify us immediately if anything needs attention so we can make it right.
The cleaning company policy requires that any claims regarding cleaning deficiencies must be submitted in writing to the Host within 24 hours of your arrival. They reserve the right to request to view the unit and/or ask for photos before requesting a refund. Failure to notify the Host within this 24-hour window constitutes acceptance of the property condition and waives all rights to a refund. Their policy is beyond the control of the Host.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents such as furniture, fixtures and appliances if you report the incident to the Host prior to checking out.
There may be times when building maintenance and/or pool maintenance may be performed which can be unexpected. We appreciate your understanding should maintenance be necessary during your stay.
Security Camera: There is a Security Camera located outside the front door of the condo.
This property does not allow Pets. Smoking of any kind and/or vaping are prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony.
****No rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25. There are no exceptions to this rule****
CANCELLATIONS: RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH VRBO WILL INCUR A 4% CANCELLATION FEE. THIS FEE IS CHARGED BY THE PAYMENT PROCESSING COMPANY. THE HOST HAS NO CONTROL OVER THIS FEE.
