Check in is easy with the code we give you so that you can access the property at anytime. You will have total privacy and access to the entire home during your stay. We are available at anytime by phone/text and have staff nearby ready to respond to any of your onsite needs.

Mopeds can be rented to explore the city, reach out for prices.

Guests are responsible for filling the Propane tank if they would like to use the grill

Beach Access Information:

• The nearest beach is Playa Colonia, which is a 15-minute walk from the house.
• Another nearby beach is Bahía Ballena, where the famous Whale Tail is located. It’s about a 10-minute drive away.

National Park Access:

• Both Playa Colonia and Bahía Ballena are part of a national park, so there is an entrance fee of $6.72 per person, per day.

Free Beaches Nearby:

• For free beach options:
• Playa Hermosa is 10 minutes to the north by car.
• Playa Ventanas is another option, located 10 minutes to the south by car.

Our homes are located in the heart of the tropical climate , where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter and spring, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural tropical challenges
