Private house with grounds near the sea - Rosolina

Our newly built, fully air-conditioned and fully furnished house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. The town of Rosolina is about 8 km from the sea.
Outside, it has a large terrace with an awning, lounge, gas grill, loungers, a pool with a diameter of 3.60 meters and a porch swing. Shared use of the small gym and volleyball/bocce/badminton court.
A covered, shaded carport is by the house. Private access to the house.

The space
our newly created house offers all that is necessary for a carefree stay. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, dishwasher, practical walk-in shower, washing machine living room corner with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms except the bathroom. In the accommodation, there are games, books, puzzles, bocce, badminton, a pool, a small wading pool, an outdoor shower, and outside the house, but in the immediate vicinity, a small fitness room and a volleyball/badminton court. The largest oak of Rosolina stands on the dune with us, including a bank to relax and watch sunset. Everything is completely enclosed and detached with an inviting outdoor area, suitable for relaxing holidays even with children.

Please note:
Charging electric vehicles to the normal sockets of the house or carport is strictly prohibited for safety reasons (risk of overloading and fire)!
There are several official charging stations in our area, including right next to large shopping centers.

Guest access
Separate access to the house with a covered carport.

Other things to note
If desired, we can arrange bicycles for the duration of the stay to explore the area.
